I have known Justin for years through home inspection and wind mitigation. When we had major damage from termites, I spoke with Justin for a remediation for a contractor. He informed me he has a construction co. He came out looked at the problem and informed he can take care of us. The damage was worst then we thought, we lost 4 horizontal roof trusts, 1/4 of our ceil in the master bedroom two 5-foot exterior walls. All his people were courteous, very clean and did a great job. although there was more damage than we thought, his price was fair, and we are glad we used Colbalt.

Justin was hired to correct many mistakes made by a previous contractor. He is very knowledgeable of current building codes and was helpful with decision making. I was so impressed I had him renovate a bathroom. His work is high quality and meticulous. I highly recommend him for any project needed in your home.

Justin and his company Cobalt Construction really did a great job on our upgrades to the windows and roof attachments. He is very professional, reliable and trustworthy!

My opinion is that he did a very good job, it was a custom job too. He did exactly as we asked and he cleaned everything up everyday, was on schedule and the price was a fair one.

During Ian, was very hard to find anyone to do out smaller repairs. Cobalt handled it fire us and did a great job. Highly recommend!
